Saori Ichara is a talanted chef from Japan who has lived and worked in Sweden for a few years now. Food is memories and when Saori gets homesick she makes the dishes she grew up with. Easy made and delicious meals. Allready translated to both Danish and English!

“Säg att du älskar mig/Say that you love me”, is a book written by Hampus Nessvold. It´s consisting of short texts and text messages with identity, love and search for a context as a red thread. I was comissioned to take pictures for the book with the same theme. The book includes 29 photographs of me.

No waste just taste is a cookbook written by Karin Sundgren with photos taken by me. The book consists of thirty recipes that wants to encourage and inspire you to reuse your leftovers ingredients! It helps you to avoid wasting food and it saves both money and our planet by doing so. Try the apple sauce made by shriveled apples, the pesto made by seeds and herbstems or the broth made by the the vegetables that always seem to be forgotten in the refrigerator box!

Våga vego! is a vegetarian cookbook made by my sister Karin Sundgren and me. It consists of thirty easily read recipes. Karin worked with vegetables as a chef for a long time and I really like to shoot food. We had so much fun making the book!
